Stay away! Joke of a company. They couldn’t care less about their customers / tenants. Once they have your money they disappear and ignore all issues. Jigsaws attitudes towards people’s welfare and safety couldn’t be lower. An utter shambles and should be investigated in my opinion.

442 days to repair a roof where the valley had completely collapsed .Jigsaw homes repairs office at its best. They know all about this leak and have done since it first being reported ,they have had videos showing how much water ingress when raining but the office staff at the leigh office just keep making excuses as why they did not get round to it prior to today. At least the roofing team know what they are doing.

Jigsaw Homes have ruined my flat it is now uninhabitable after waiting over a year for emergency repairs. The roof is not fit for purpose and has been leaking into my flat kitchen for over a year. Everything in the kitchen has now been ruined. I constantly ring the Maintenance Repair Team and follow up by endless emails trying to get my roof fixed. I get endless excuses from them and no action. How long should you have to wait to get an emergency repair done ?? I own the flat but unfortunately Jigsaw Housing own the roof so I cannot get my own roofer to repair the roof which I would have done 15 months ago. I have put a claim in via Jigsaws Building Insurance since after waiting so long for a roof repair the complete kitchen now needs ripping out and replacing. How can you possibly treat people like this ?? it is not just myself that is suffering trying to get you to repair my roof but also my vulnerable tenant. Whenever it rains it rains into my kitchen via the broken concrete on the valleys of my roof. It would take you a day to repair the roof but you have made me wait over 15 months. Absolutely ridiculous situation. I would not recommend renting or buying a property that has any connection to Jigsaw Housing.
