Although the tailored Prep pack I purchased didn't have everything I wanted, After sending an email detailing what was missing, everything was sorted out almost immediately. The customer service response and response time is one of the fastest and most effective I have ever seen.
I had some issues logging in to my account and reached out via the one page chat function. Less than 10 minutes later I had an email from Sharon in my inbox advising what to do and how to fix the problem. Moments later I could access all content and start learning. This is how an excellent customer experience is provided. Simple. Easy. Quick. To the point. I do not expect perfection – but being recognized and taken serious as customer is key for my positive experience. I wish more (all!) companies would understand that.

I had a couple of issues - - accidentally paying twice, changing password, and upgrading service from single membership to family plan. My issues were solved immediately, as were the above challenges in payment. Their prompt service and great product leads me to highly recommend them.
Their prep course for the SOPD test is the best resource I found, and I paid for a few of them. I never write reviews, but I feel it’s important because those who are trying to improve themselves need to see there is value in these programs. The practice tests are pretty much exactly what you’ll see on the SOPD. Pay special attention to the analytical section. It’s by far the hardest of the three.
The website is buggy and doesn't work right. I asked for a refund just a few hours after signing up and they keep sending me emails from different people and not giving me a refund! Beware!!! From some time spent on the website, the few practice tests that worked were almost identical and ridiculously simple, not even close to what was advertised.Update: After publishing this review, I received an email from them. “ Hello, Customer satisfaction is our top priority and I am very sorry you are not satisfied and for the inconvenience. I have provided you with a full refund! Can you please remove the review on Trustpilot i would be very grateful?If you need anything else please let me know and I would be happy to help you.All the best,Sharon L JobTestPrep Team”So if anyone needs a refund, this is the only way to get it.
