I really appreciate JobTestPrep and how quickly they have responded to me and how attentive they have been. Anytime I had an issue, my concerns were solved right away. I bought the Tech prep back back in July 2020, but due to covid testing was cancelled. Since I it has been confirmed that I will be taking the test again, I was hesitant to purchase again to study since it is a little pricey. But a representative from JobTestPrep helped me out in a timely manner. I appreciate all the help and recommend to anyone looking use their services
Hi all,Please be aware that the site does not offer test preparation for VERIFY G+ which is the latest method of testing from SHL. Also be aware that preparing in any other way - other than VERIFY G+ - for this specific kind of test might actually be leading you to worse results, as the test is very specific, very difficult and very dynamic. I was not aware that VERIFY G+ is NOT offered in the "standard" package, actually I am not sure if they even offer it at all, even if you pay more.
I was skeptical at first because I thought that since I was applying specifically for a fire department dispatcher position that the test would not be as applicable since it was listed as a general dispatcher test prep. After messaging with Sharon L regarding the package I was interested in I decided to go ahead with it. Sharon L was very helpful and I'm happy with the prep help I received as a result. I would totally recommend this to anyone interested in getting an edge on the competition when applying to work as an emergency dispatcher in whatever capacity.
The JobTestPrep is AWESOME! I passed my TSA CBT test the first time. The X-ray test on the actual test was like a speed-run. There is no way to prepare for it on site! The vocabulary and the reading part, practice practice practice! JobTestPrep is a great tool! It sure helped me out!
This website is a disgrace, I paid for 1-week prep test pack, because I have an assessment tomorrow, but after I logged in I am just stuck in "My Preppacks" Page when I click continue on any pack nothing happens just the same page reloads itself. What a waste of time and money.BE WARNED DONT USE THIS WEBSITE.Update: an increased review from 1 to 3 stars, because customer service was responsive and refunded me promptly, be warned though you might encounter technical glitches when you buy a prep package, but customer service will help.
The worst experience ever!!! I bought preparation course for TSA test. I spent week and a half studying and getting ready for my test. When I started my test for TSA at the testing office, I found out that test is totally different. Nothing NOTHING what I was preparing and studying was in my test. It was totally new game, so I could just save $79. X-ray was totally different than JobTestPrep test,10 times harder and objects are totally different than in Prep test. The vocabulary is totally another words than in Prep test. The guide JobTestPrep give you to study had nothing similar with questions and parts in real test. Also, JobTestPrep had never gave me discount how they claimed after I got free sample. They charged me full amount even with link they gave me for discount. I would never ever use again this site. I feel like they are scammers. Save your money!
