I was having problems with my Testprep-online account and was no longer able to access any of my test packs. After several attempts to fix my account, both on my end & customer support, we still couldn’t fix the problem. Finally, Sharon L. at customer support was able to set up a whole new account for me on her end. She was very professional and responded quickly. She saved me! Problem solved. The TSA test prep was invaluable in that it gave me a very idea what to expect on actual exam. Money well spent. I would not have past test 11/5 in Miami without it. The X-ray prep was very helpful. It was hard in prep questions and hard in actual exam but at least you had an idea what you were going to see.
I had already taken the CCAT early in the year, the company had not moved forward at the time with my application for that position. 3 months later I re-applied for a different position, same company. They told me I had to re-do the CCAT. So I purchased the practice test and found the tips and practice extremely helpful. I identifed exactly where I made mistakes the first time and focused on improving my strengths. I passed the test the second time, made it through an interview and then receieved a job offer from the company!
I purchased the prep pack for the waste-water treatment plant operator. I studied for weeks and felt very confident going into the exam. After the first 5 questions on the exam my confidence was gone. There were science and chemistry questions on the exam that were not covered in the job test prep pack at all! The majority of the questions were basic elementary math and reading comprehension that I didnt need review for at all. Im sure the average person with a highschool diploma wouldn't have either. The majority of the exam questions in the mechanical aptitude and reading guages and scales section werent really covered in the test prep pack. There were so many questions in the test prep pack that related to electricity and not ONE question on the exam was in regards to electricity. The prep pack helped me answer a few questions on the exam but not $79 worth. If i had to do it again, i would not choose to purchase this product. I didn't find it very helpful and feel I completely wasted my money.
01/10/19 at 05:00pm I Paid for this so I could get help with some police department help with exams. the tests were not tests but just some pictures and most of the time it never gave you the answer! Within 30 minutes of me buying it I requested a refund! they said i would hear from a representative in 24 hours, so I waited and still haven’t heared from anyone just getting the same message over and over! I messaged them on Facebook about it they read my message and never responded! so make sure this is something you’ve heard about or know someone who already had it before you get it because you will not get a refund not will they reply or help you!
This website has been invaluable to me. I had very little knowledge about these kind of tests but over a few months with practice improved my ability and started achieving the scores necessary to pass to interview stage in job applications.I have used the customer service department on a few occasions and the response has been good.I have also used the website on my iPhone 5S (not the newest of iPhone's) for daily journeys, so would say I have definitely received value for money.Overall, I am very happy with JobTestPrep and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
