I specifically ordered from Jolee as I was struggling to find the design I was looking for elsewhere. Unfortunately, on checking my emails I discovered that the item I wanted wasn't going to be in stock for another 6 weeks, despite it being in stock on the website and allowing me to pay for it & receiving order confirmation etc. I was offered an alternative, which turned up a week or so later. The quality is very basic & thin - not what I'd expect when paying nearly £20.
I have purchased 2 items from this company. I love that it’s a small company that provides a great product and great communication and support. I have found fabrics on their website that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I live in the states and these are the best tablecloths that I have found. I have bought less expensive oilcloth tablecloths here, but I love this one so much more!
I was looking for a tablecloth in a Orla Kelly design and the company I normally would use didn’t offer this with a bias binding edge so I found Jolee Tablecloths online. Absolutely fantastic service, samples and finished tablecloth sent within days( even after I made a measuring error) The tablecloth looks beautiful and I would certainly use this company and recommend them to others again.Thankyou so much.
Found this company through an internet search as I needed some tablecloths for a table we had had extended. They offered so many size options as well as a bespoke service. I had a live chat with one of their customer service colleagues, Ethan, who kindly sent me the 2 fabric swatches I asked for along with a whole selection of others that he thought might work based on my requirements. These arrived in 2 days. I decided to order 2 tablecloths along with 8 matching napkins for each one. These arrived within another 2 days. Thoroughly impressed with their service and with my purchases. Would happily recommend and would certainly order again.
