I bought a table protector from Jolee to prevent damage to our oak table. It was slightly delayed due to transport damage but Jolee dealt with the issue brilliantly and had a replacement sent out for next day delivery. The product is of excellent quality and at a great price. The item was delivered within a week and my delivery costs refunded due to the delay caused by the damage to the item.Very good response by the seller and I would recommend Jolee to all and have no problems about using them again.
Tablecloth that arrived was a significantly different colour to the picture on website - it is described as cream but what arrived was yellow. I contacted customer service who were unhelpful (I got the incredibly frustrating response of 'yes, we have sent you the correct product' even though I was never claiming to have received the wrong item, just that the tablecloth was unreasonably different from the images they use to sell it). They admitted that the photographer photos may not be true to the item. They advised I should have got a sample first. I still feel this is an unreasonable defence on their part as it requires the customer to know that the images are unreliable. The representative eventually said he wasn't able to make decisions on these issues and that the director would look at it upon their return to the office on Fri or Mon. It is now a full week on from that Mon and I've had no communication hence the 1* review. In an age when so much shopping is done online and all we have to go on is digital images and descriptions, companies really should hold themselves to high standards around this and expect customers to be unhappy when these images are untrustworthy.All I wanted was a free return as I wasn't responsible for the issue.Edit: 11 days since Jolee Tablecloth's response and I have not heard from Lee as stated. It was not a monitor issue as I shopped for the tablecloth on both a phone and laptop. The images are simply inaccurate.
Ordered Mykonos tablecloth (listing was pre order but dispatch date was two days before I placed order so I expected it to be dispatched asap) 12th August. I have still not received my order. Numerous attempts to contact the company via email, live chat on website, Facebook messenger to no avail. Very poor customer service, my mum recommended me this company as she had a great experience two years ago and I wanted to support a smaller business rather than Amazon etc. Eventually spoke to a lovely lady called Suzanne who said she would look into where my order was. There was a delay in delivery from supplier (fair enough but would have appreciated contact from company to inform rather than having to chase it myself). I was told it had been dispatched Monday 21/8 (I paid for upgraded tracked delivery so should have received within 3 days- when Suzanne looked at the tracking she could retrieve any information as to where it was). She was passing my enquiry over to the company director to investigate and was advised he would make contact with me. 2 weeks later and I have had no contact. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I paid money for an order over a month ago and have had no product, nor contact other than with Suzanne. If I was a director and heard this had happened I would be at least making a phone call to apologise and offer a resolution. I now have been offered by Suzanne a replacement tablecloth when the next delivery from supplier comes in this week. Such a shame and I’m sure it’s just an error but can’t help but feel like the company don’t value their customers.
My new Jolee Scandi Birds Design Oilcloth tablecloth is beautiful. I'm really delighted with it. I bought it to replace a designer Vanessa Arbuthnot oilcloth that was very expensive but now very worn after 6 years. This Jolee cloth seems very good value and the quality looks the same as my previous much more expensive cloth. I paid a little extra to have it edged so it doesn't fray and for rounded corners and am so pleased I did so. Fast delivery too. Highly recommended. Will see how it wears.
I was such a pain as a customer but the staff were both patient and faultless dealing with my pre-order queries. My order flew through and I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase.
