DO NOT BUY FROM THESE, absolutely diabolical, bought a coat for my father’s funeral and it turned up 3 weeks after the funeral, asked to send back but they said no and would give 50% back if I kept it. As I didn’t want it I returned to an address in The Netherlands which cost £15 and low and behold it came back today with, REFUSED on the parcel, a total scam, customer support is useless especially trying to get passed the AI assistance,

Ordered XL. Had no idea this was a Chinese site masquerading as English with English name and address. I should have looked into this further. The XL jacket just arrived, and its at least 1 full size or 1 1/2 sizes too small. Am gob smacked that these are allowed to front as an English tailor when they are Chinese and the consumer is left paying the bill every time. Avoid at all costs.
Would rate 0 I have just spent £40 on a jumper which is nothing like the picture made with what looks like a home sewing machine so should start fraying soon. Can't even say what material it'd made of very squeaky and hot so acrylic probably not the cosy wool advertised. Even though they ship from London will only accept returns to China.
Paid £60 for a jacket that looks like a £15 item. Very poor quality and nothing like advertised. When I tried to return it, I was offered only 30% refund or told to keep it and pay £9.99 delivery to order something else. Refund process feels deliberately difficult. Awful customer experience. Avoid.
BEWARE
Feel cheated and deceived. Expensive and inaccurate sizing. Returns policy hidden and website deceptively marketed showing a UK address and English name, including their advisors, but returns are subject to customs duty and courier charges for sending to China.
Nothing about this purchase was positive. The jumper is big under the arms but tight around the middle. The order took weeks to arrive. The advisors tried to offer discounts and incentives not to return, took 3 attempts to get the return information and only then told China. Would NOT recommend and would strongly advise anyone to AVOID purchasing from this company.
I brought a trench coat from them. They mentioned on their website, it’s wool. They sent me some shit material polyster jacket and when I said I want to return it. They kept emailing me stating that the product matches the description and I will have to pay for the return. Idk how are they even allowed to sell product in UK. They are literally selling false product and cheating on money. To send the product back to china it’s costing £26 the product cost £55 and it’s not worth even £10 they are like they will give me 70% store credit or 10% refund. They are ridiculous. Do not buy anything from them.
They sent me a damaged item , long time of playing games and finally giving me a false address in Belguim that was not delivered and then telling me its still in customs ,, in total its been more than a month (they never message with update until I email them)and finally they said tonight the parcel was returned to sender !! means there will be no refund , given I paid already for posting it back to them more than £15 where the item price was £49.95 !!! shady company and extremely scammer
I bought a coat . its quality is rubbish and they wnt give me return level. I paid good amount of money. Can’t afford to have a coat that is not suitable and correct size. Finally they gave me return address but in china that too i have to send it back with my own expense.
Haven’t received my item after almost a month. Tracking, for what it’s worth, says it’s on its way from China I’ll be contacting my credit card company. Missellimg by not being transparent on the item of origin of the products.
This is definitely the worst clothing I've ever bought for the price. The quality was subpar, and the items were shipped from overseas despite claims of being a local company. The delivery took nearly two weeks for such disappointing apparel. Proceed with caution if considering a purchase; I only wish I had checked reviews beforehand.
