I received the wrong goods and, after contacting Joom, they promised the correct order would be sent.However, I never received anything, and Joom hasn't responded to the emails I sent asking where my goods were. Stay away from this site; it's a complete scam.Money gone and no goods

Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service, non-transparent return procedure. Some items received were fit for purpose, other items were cheap and nasty. Clothing smells bad.
