Will never shop from JOOM ever again. Purchased a t-shirt, which has still not arrived and there is no tracking, traceability of the order. When I try to use the contact form it says my order number is not in the right format. I recommend you stay out of this site.
Unfortunately the problem with my order with Joom has not resolved. My first order with Joom and the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I've ordered the Rejuran Healer Turnover Ampulle 30ml + Rejuran Turnover Cream 50g. It seems like there is no record of the communication which I've been having with their customer services as each time came a different customer service who told me that I have only ordered the ampoule only which is not true. I have to repeat myself all the time that I have chosen the right option and it states very clearly on the invoice issued by Joom with both products. But I was told by the customer service that the invoice shows the name of all the product options, not the specific item that I chose that I'm given exception to get the bonus points from them. I'm totally shocked when I read this. Joom, do you guys know what invoice means? Invoice outlines the specifics of the transaction, including the items, their costs, quantities, and any applicable taxes or fees. Meaning to say, invoice shouldn't be included the product options anymore but indicates the specific products I've ordered. Joom, you are not making me any exception, I just want to have the missing creams (2 pcs) to be delivered to me which I've ordered. It has been going for more than a month and I still haven't got the missing items. Joom, can I trust you that I will get my items which I ordered? Please stop telling me that the order confirmation and invoice show the product options - > NO! It states the specific products I've ordered!THIS IS TO ANSWER TO YOUR REPLY:THIS IS NOT TRUE WHAT YOU WROTE!! THE INVOICE STATES THESE 2 PRODUCTS WITH AMPOULE AND CREAM. I'VE THE INVOICE BUT UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT ATTACH IT HERE. FIRSTLY I GOT THE REPLY THAT YOU HAVE CONTACTED THE SELLER BUT NOW AGAIN BACK TO THE SITUATION TELLING ME THAT I ONLY ORDERED AMPOULE ONLY. BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AS THE INVOICE STATES BOTH PRODUCTS!!
