Parcel (3 orders in 1) was delivered on a DHL point but not my OWN adres. To make matters worden they did not provide na adres so the parcel went return to sender . Had to order again but never got a refund for the first order.

After just three months of normal use, the bottom of the unit detached and the device became unusable.I tried contacting Joom’s customer service, but received no response. Their automated message simply told me to contact the seller directly. The seller’s email address was just a string of numbers, and I never received a reply.Joom only offers a 30-day complaint window, which is extremely short — especially for expensive electronics that would normally have a warranty. There was no real support, no refund, and no accountability.This experience was deeply disappointing. I can’t recommend Joom for higher-value purchases, especially ones where reliability and after-sales service matter.⸻
