I like shopping a lot but I don't need to spend my time searching many streets any more. I just touch JOOM app and I can shop all ocer the world. The articles' descriptions make decisions to buy easy. JOOM is safe with paying, serious about refunding when an object doesn't get in time for shipping, helpful when I needed assistance.
Order LNM22Y2W The order did not match the description as was supposed to be a herding ball for my dog. But the inner ball and the outer cover were very different sizes so it is useless..I tried to contact them twice with no reply.Avoid this company
Hi just want to say unreal took longer to come kept me updated and gave me some refund for the promble I kept the chip fryer all good not gonna lie thought it was a scam but happy to say are real and do get back to you sometimes two days later and you can track updates thank you so much joom will buy again x
Getting invoice from the seller took a long time, yet finally was received. I understand this delay was from the seller, not Joom- their customer support helped solve the issue.The product itself is very good though, if you don't care about such things.
