Ordered an extra small top for my daughters birthday, 1 month later received a large size. Joined Joom as a member after I made the order just in case we saw more good deals. On receiving the wrong sized item I tried to contact Joom. Unfortunately, there is no record of me ordering anything (assume this was because I joined as a member after ordering the item. Have tried to contact Joom as a non-member but no way of doing tjhis if the site (or app) have no record of it even though I have an order number and tracking number for the order, I have been left out in the cold, no way to remedy this ?
I ordered a so-called Philips car air purifier (S3601) through Joom, expecting a quality product based on their description and branding. What I received was a low-quality imitation that has nothing to do with the Philips brand.Pros: The package arrived within a reasonable time.Cons:– The product is poorly made, extremely noisy, and clearly fake.– The advertised UV-C light does not work at all.– The quality is far below what’s shown in the photos or description.– There is no way to contact the seller directly.– Joom sends you in endless loops between the app and website.– The 14-day return policy is a lie – the return process is broken and unusable.– Support only exists as a bot chat that forces you to upload photos but provides no real help or resolution.Joom appears to be a platform that allows misleading products, fake branding, and seller anonymity, while leaving the customer with no protection.
I ordered three 4 leaf clover bracelets one gold which was amazing quality and one white and gold it broke within seconds of wearing it , the chain was very weak and I brought the exact same one but in pink and broke as well. The colour was different to what I expected . I’m very disappointed with the quality because they were nearly £5 each .
I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever with Joom.I ordered Pharmaton supplements almost two months ago, with a promised delivery of 10 days. Not only did the order not arrive, but after more than a month I was suddenly told I had to pay unexpected customs fees myself – something that was never mentioned when I placed the order. I refused and asked for a refund.Two days ago, I was informed that the item had been returned by customs, yet Joom still tells me I must wait until the package “officially” reaches the sender before they process my refund. This is completely unacceptable. Whatever happens between Joom, the courier, and customs is NOT the customer’s responsibility.I have been left waiting for almost two months, with no product and no refund. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer commitment. I will never buy from Joom again, and I will make sure to share my experience so others can avoid going through the same frustration.
