Bought 3 oppo chargers,all 3 delivered were fake .Fake logos low current etc. from 3rd person -not their fault Also 2 usb c charging cables were below specs. Prompt reply from customer care.Everything refunded within hours.Awesome customer service!

Logistic issues

I don't even know where to start from. I placed an order on 15th February,they changed the ETA two times already, and of course the parcel didn't arrived. Just want to wait for refund period,after that I will close Joom account and inform everyone about good logistic experience that I had....not!

BEWARE I ordered a flipper zero and screen protector and wifi board which was $393 dollars upon furture inspection after trying to put in the tracking info that bring you to a black screen repeatly it also shows shipping cost 0$ also noticed I was charged successfully for several other orders which I never authorized $3144 ..ps they also hack your device after your forced to authorize when registering a profile to use there website didn’t find out untill I logged into Google and it’s good thing I screen shotted and sent it to a family member cause they tried deleting all emails associated with the transaction I want what I paid for or my money refunded

It is a really good webshop. If you order something (from South-Korea) it is with you with 1½ month, sometimes delayed, but that can always happen. Joom is really good, and no scam. I will keep ordering stuff from joom (mostly albums)

Worse ever delivery time and refund…

Worse delivery time and refund conditions experienced in years. Product still in delivery after 30 days from purchase and I have to wait another 76 days to claim a refund.[update]The website doesn't disclose the expected delivery date at the moment of purchase. Why would someone purchase vitamins that will possibly be delivered 45 days after purchase?Then, I have to wait 76 days after purchase to claim a refund BUT only have 2 weeks to do so! Clearly, the policy is designed to get your money without caring a bit about customer service: 76 days after the purchase of some vitamins, I will have given up and forgotten about it!Warranty policy:"We'll refund your money if the product isn't delivered within 76 days after purchase. You have 2 weeks to request a refund — until day 90."
