the products are overall really bad or no quality at all the logistical side is really bad they change the delivery date as they like the refund process is a really big head ackee i went o a shopping spree and got mi self a bunch of different products 27 more exact and only 1 match the description and came close to the quality they advertised the clothing sizes don't match at all and the quality is deplorable ! I do not recommend this platform unless you have some money to throw away !
There are a lot of low-priced products, they're probably a bit hit-and-miss, sort of like Temu, but that being said, I really believe that at least more of the products, would be more legit.. and actually WORK. It does seem more put-together and genuine, so far. BUT I probably won't go too barmy on ANYTHING again after many Temu fails
I got my product within the expected delivery time frame but when I wanted to refund it (within 24 hours of receiving the product and sending it back) it has been nearly a whole month now with confirmed tracking and arrival at their warehouse they told me to. They've emailed back quickly but it's always the same we'll get back to you within a few days. It's absurd how they can't just refund when I have proof of delivery and much more which they saw again nearly a month ago.
Can't get on to order on the joom app to send parcel back to get bigger size then chat help takes 24,hours to reply it's so frustrating 4days I've tried to get help all I want is return my coat for a bigger size it's disgusting all it keeps saying is I haven't ordered please please help
