I do not recommend orderingcustomer support, but no chance I made an order on joom, they made a mistake, they simply put an address from them. I'm trying to get money back, but I don't get any answer about my money. I don't recommend joom, and I definitely won't order another one.it is not possible to look for the package, people like me are working. we don't sleep near post offices.because someone didn't know how to put the address correctly you made a mistake, you must take responsibility and to return money to people.

It’s been 17 days I have ordered an item and I paid in advance, I haven’t received my parcel yet, when I contacted them they gave me a broken tracking link of Royal Mail said to me that we have dispatched your parcel to Royal Mail, Royal Mail don’t have any idea about my parcel because they haven’t received. Worst online store, never gonna order again from them.
