A good way to optimize time and cost

First of all, Joom = choice ! Just check the number of ties on offer to convince yourself. Then, it's a good quality-price ratio. The Internet allows access to the same source as the intermediaries who sell you these items in stores or in catalogs. Joom is a kind of giant factory outlet with delivery time between 1-2 weeks. Warning: good control of the excitement of your credit card is required!

Terrible service and lies and constant…

Terrible service and lies and constant generic responses. Do not order from this company if you require something in a reasonable time. Their tracking info cannot be followed they have no urgency at all to get a parcel to you in a normal time frame. Over a month and still nothing received. Then when I requested a refund because it’s an appalling service they then tell me their terms and it’s nothing to do with UK consumers laws.

Christmas gift order

I ordered a Yoga sports bag for my wife 4th Dec 2024. The delivery date was missed and I was unable to track via the website. However, I emailed customer support and they responded promptly. They apologised and said goods were coming. They hadn't arrived by Friday 20th so I ordered from elsewhere. The goods arrived from Joom on Christmas Eve. I requested a return and refund. Joom refunded without argument and said I did not need to return items. The goods came from China and shipping was the problem - not the goods or the price or Joom's customer service. The website is clunky 'though. I think they are ok but you need to order comfortably in advance of when you want your items. It was fair of them to refund without question.

Not appropriate for working people

As a new customer with this company and trying to avoid Amazon I must say I am really disappointed. I work 9-5pm every day and this company is trying to deliver my order around lunch time which is an utter joke! If you work from home and you are happy to receive your goods in 3-4 weeks time as a minimum during lunch time then this company is for you! For the people who do not work from home I suggest you avoid this company! I just hope I get my refund as I do not think they will ever delivery my order. Still waiting for it and not even a message to check if I am ok or why have I not received my order. Just fake messages 'delivery attempted' when clearly they left no card or message or even ring the neighbours bell. Joom appears to be extremely unreliable and untrustworthy, not fit for modern day to day purchases.

Watch Faulty, would not replace

I had ordered a watch from Joom and after 6 weeks it broke and they said that I had to get back to them within 30 days of receiving the watch. The watch broke after 6 weeks not 4 but they didn't want to know. Just said they had to follow their process which was 30 days if there was a problem. When I questioned what happened if the problem occurs after 30 days they said contact the seller and gave me a Chinese email address which didn't work! The watch was cheap and not fit for purpose and stopped working after 6 weeks.

Ordered solar lights for outside on…

Ordered solar lights for outside on 10th of November , tracking not working . Contacted company , got tracking ,very slow to ship Then lost tracking again , they responded again , tracking working again but then stops Anyway , its the 3rd of December now , so got refund from paypal !! I would not buy again from them!

First, you can't see your order history on my orders pages. Soooo weird.Second, support is too bad, they don't answer your emails until you send them a reminder.Finally, this what I got from themIf you would like to return the item you purchased, we can offer you two options:1. Return at your expense: If the item is as described, but you don’t like it or changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The return will be at your own expense. If that's OK with you, let us know and we'll give you the return address and further instructions on how to arrange the return.2. Report a quality issue: If there are quality issues with the product, it doesn't match its description, size chart, etc., then no return might be required. You can provide photos or videos according to our instructions within 30 days of receiving the item. We will analyze them, and may offer a partial or full refund.
