Review Time
The customer service is so bad, I have been trying to contact them about my order but they say they will try to answer in 12 hours yet it has been days and no answer, I need to cancel my order but it is not visible in my account and I am sure I am using the right log in, so there is nothing I can do by my self with out their customer servise that doesn't even reply.
After one mouth I didn t receve my product.Robbery.After a long conversation, I receve 3 standard email like check your postbox and ask neighbours they decide Total refund.Concluzion :waiting 2 mounth send7,8 email and final hope refund.Not the best experience.
I ordered face masks on Joom. Not only did it take more than A MONTH to receive my order, it was also the WRONG product.When asking for a refund because I did not receive what I ordered, I was told that I need to wait 10 days while they contact the seller and get a reply from them.Definitely worth spending a bit more money to buy the same item with a reasonable delivery time and get the products you actually ordered.Sort out your logistics and relationship with your sellers!!!
