Nice coloured tights but fit is poor

Well packaged and nice-looking tights in lovely colours. They arrived within a week and I was regularly updated on the package's progress (I could see their journey across China, which was pretty amazing!).However, though I am a fit UK 8/10 in size, and these are 'one size', they are very hard to get over the thighs and feel pretty uncomfortable now they are on. They feel awkward: tight around the genital area and thigh but loose at the waist – the worst tights feeling as a woman. And they have no label inside so you don't know which side is back or front.I now see they are for someone max 170cm height (I'm 5'8"/173cm) but they should not say 'one size' if they will only fit smaller women under a size 8.I can't be bothered returning them to China and am just hoping they loosen a bit.

This is all good to value shopper. But is dislike any to find some fake things from those items to buy anything at all. Otherwise, that will be call to joom manager about the problem of fake things item is trust be under illegal reasons. Be careful, take any effect to fail things item to find is fake it is. Thank you.

Good customer support

I've ordered several clothes, sizes weren't correct and even 1 item was totally different. Started to panick a bit after reading some depressing reviews of unhappy customers and their issues with return policy or customer support.In matter of fact, customer support explained me what to do via the chat section in the Joom application. Very satisfied after all. Beware of what you buy, especially from China (measurement of clothes).

Found a fault with an item, that was to be a gift, they negotiated the level of refund and allowed me to keep the item, which was ok to use, just not to gift to someone. Fast response, very pleasant.

The worst Online provider I have ever…

The worst Online provider I have ever encountered, on the web. I will never ever again, place an order with JOOM, they are unreliable, and their shipping process / tracking the worst. I have placed an order on the 26 August 2024, I have received 1 feedback, and all it says is your order has been delayed. It's sad, very sad. I suggest not to use JOOM..............
