Wrong items received

I received a different item from what I ordered together with others in another colour. The issued was fast resolved. Full refund for the wrong item. With regards the ones with the wrong colour I accepted a 50% refund.

Fast customer service that also knows how to make a monetary credit if there is a problem with the product. There is also discretion for the customer. Ali Express does not have good service

Pushed out delivery, Late for Christmas

Order arrived today, updating the review!was told order would be here by the 14 Nov, and that it was shipped at the start of November, now told it wont be here till 25 Jan 25, This was a kids Christmas present, no good to anyone!!!
