It is now October 30th I’m updating to say thank you to Joom for finally giving a refund so that I can let my little boy get a gift that can be delivered. Terrible terrible late (non existant) delivery of a special gift - waited months and months for it with nothing. It was for my Childs birthday and it’s not almost 3 months late. I am very very disappointed with this service. I have asked for a refund and they have refused. I hope to update you with more positive information about this company. In response to the flimsy message form Joom You promised delivery end of August and now it’s mid October This is absolutely unacceptable service I want a refund from this company this is my right
Not following Swedish law! I bought a new Media unit for my Opel Corsa. The unit broke after a month of use so i disabled it and installed the original stereo unit. They won't let me return the defective item, they only want me to send in video proof. It is a big hassle for me to yet again istall this piece of crap in order to just film it not working. According to swedish law I have the right to return an item that is defective, but they just wont let me. A big warning! UPDATE: According to your response you still won’t let me return the defect item! I don’t want to install it in the car all over again just to give you a video. I WANT TO RETURN THE DEFECT ITEM TO YOU AND YOU CAN TEST IT ALL YOU WANT.. Do you understand?
