Worst company ever. Don't buy from Joom. I ordered a cellphone 6 juli 2024 and still now it is 12 august 2024, it still didn't come, and this really bad company won't help. So I can't buy another phone from a good company until this is solved. When I ordered the I needed a new phone,I still do. 😡
I made an order 12th August and yet still awaiting for it !!! If I’d known it take almost a month I would have never used this website! Cheap it maybe but your wait and then maybe not what your expecting is not worth your time and money. There are many other site that have a better delivery time frame for the same price.I will be contacting my bank a refund.
