I bought a smartphone from Joom . Before I read that I could return it till 14 days after sale. I receive it but I saw that smartphone has bad camera and I would like to return it.After many days of various conversations with support and videos that asked me to send them...they refused to accept return of product as they describe on their site!Be careful with them.... they refuse to keep their rules!!
