Review Time
I bought 4 short sleeved mens shirts and some other items. Have been a very loyal customer for a long time now.The shirts stated 4XL on the advert (but they don't make it clear that's Chinese sizes!), i am 3XL so I thought they would be a little loser, but NO, on arrival I tried one one and it could do up was about 10cm too narrow at the front. Contacted their customer service by email, but got told off fir emailing thrm, stating I need to communicate via their platform, which I did.I up loaded several pictures but they needed another one and they even circled on my picture where it needed to be measured from.In short, on checking my order on their website it dies say 4XL and in the small print 120cm, my picture showed 57cm across the 'bust' which is 114cm and they tell me it matches the description. No it doesn't. They have turned out to be right scammers now, and become unfriendly. I will have to take this up with Paypal.I also told them to cancel my recent order i placed as I checked when writing it hadn't been despatched yet and was still with the seller, but they soon despatched it but it will be refused when it arrives so it will be sent back to the seller. They are just wasting time and money and want to lose customers. This is what happens with Chinese merchants and their sellers platforms. They are unscrupulous, with no compassion. Just money orientated. Loyalty means nothing!
I've been a loyal customer on Joom for years but recently I'm being scammed by the seller and not getting support from Joom.Got my order X3L685M2it was nothing like the description - wrong colour, 1 layer instead of 2 layers. Contacted support.They made me send pictures (few times), then video as well. All was sent. Afterwards, they proposed to return 50% of the price and I agreed to it.Almost 2 WEEKS later, Joom support just ignoring my replies, I've got only 1 reply that they can't proceed with refund cause they're still waiting for my decision (sent it like 10 times). Fix it pls ASAPUpd:I can hardly believe that support suddenly stopped receiving my replies as they are part of the same conversation.As I said, I've sent already around 10! confirmations.You have my 11th confirmation here, process the refund Joom!Upd. 2:3 days later and no reaction. So you act like you don't see my answer/updates here either? Or you just don't care? And you're not getting my email answers too?That's ugly, Joom! That's a terrible customer service!Let's try it ones more here, I'll post it as a new review for you.I confirm the 50% refund, process it.If not I will have to go with the chargeback procedure.Upd.3:Refund was finally received.There is a huge room for improvement in service quality.
I placed an order at Joom. I payed immediately with Ideal. The order was not confirmed but my payment was indeed transfered and deducted from my bankaccount. I contacted Joom customer service to credit me the amount and they asked for some details which i sent by email. After that i never received any reply. Even when i sent out 3 more emails with the request to contact me they simply fail to answer. I must state that i am very unsatisfied about the way Joom treat their customers and their very poor quality customerservice. I will not make any other purchase at Joom again unless they will credit me my payment with a sincere excuse.
