Ordered 2 radiators and 2 sets of valves, price was very good but I chose this company because they had such good reviews. Radiators and valves delivered in 2 days. The radiators are excellent quality and look really stylish, very well packaged so no worries about damage in transit. The anthracite colour is lighter than I expected but still absolutely fine. Matching valves look good too. Very happy, great communication throughout, would definitely recommend this company.
Upon receipt of radiator we found the box and radiator had been damaged in transit. I was away at the time and would not have accepted delivery. After e-mailing Customer Services with photo's of damage Stacy organised a new radiator and arranged delivery for after we got back from holiday. We have just taken delivery of new radiator. Happy with service. Thank you Stacy.
I ordered 2 radiators and valves online and they arrived within 48 hours. They were exactly as described and undamaged. They were at least £250 cheaper than buying from a local supplier who had been recommended by my kitchen company. I'd would defo order from Just Radiators again.
