I made a phone call to enquire about delivery options. It was answered quickly and fully explained . It was then quick and easy to order the radiators online. Delivered on time with updates on time slot on the day. Only fitted one rad and all went OK. Pleased with the rad and just as described. Thanks.
I ordered from this company on a friend’s recommendation and I have to say the ease of ordering and the customer service following has been superb. I was abroad when I found an email saying that my radiator was going to be delivered during the time I was away. I was in a real panic as the neighbours who have our key are also away. I contacted support and got an almost IMMEDIATE response from Tyler (Banks) which was calm, polite and very reassuring. In no time at all he had rearranged the delivery to suit me. We have used Just Radiators on a couple of occasions to buy custom coloured Eskimo radiators and have always been impressed with the products. On our latest order some bumpers were missing and one of the radiator valves was faulty. Tyler in Customer Service dealt with the issue courteously and promptly without the need for prolonged to-ing and fro-ing.
