Ordered 8 radiators and 8 valves on the Saturday; received them on the Wednesday. Somewhat unexpectedly as the tracking didn't update, but the delivery guy was very good and trucked the pallet up the drive right up to the house.The radiators are now installed and working fine.
We had an incorrect radiator delivered and fitted whilst renovating. It was a single and we ordered a double. Just Radiators let us use the single whilst they re-ordered a double. This was through the worst winter months (2025). We had to wait for our builders to return to remove the single and replace with the double. January/February 2026. Just radiators were extremely patient in regard to our situation. Eventually the single was packaged back up and a courier collected it very promptly. I cant fault the service we received. Extremely helpful and supportive in a situation that was really beyond our control. I would 100% recommend them on their products and their high standard of customer service and communication. Something very rare to find these days. Big thank you to them for everything.
