Un punto es demasiado alto, pero hay que dar una calificación antes de pasar a esta sección. Pedí una lámpara durante una promoción de BOGO. El pedido nunca fue recibido hasta que disputé el cargo en mi tarjeta, y solo entonces recibí el pedido, pero solo una lámpara. Y me cobraron nuevamente sin mi autorización. Normalmente no soy un comprador así, semanas después me di cuenta de que nunca proporcionaron un recibo real. No se puede rastrear el paquete con el enlace que proporcionan. El artículo no es para nada lo que publicitan. Es una lámpara para niños de $120. Su página de Instagram no tiene publicaciones. ¡NO COMPREN A ESTE VENDEDOR! Estarán decepcionados. Nunca escribo reseñas, pero tuve que hacerlo por esta experiencia de compra horrible.
Coincido con todas las malas reseñas. Primero compré las lámparas en una red social. Recibí un envío que no se parecía en nada a las de su sitio web. Luego vi otra publicación que decía que si recibiste las pequeñas y baratas, "te han estafado". Así que ordené de nuevo y FUI ESTAFADO OTRA VEZ. Aprendan de mi estupidez, ¡NO COMPREN ESTO!
I ordered buy 2, get 2 Shipping said 2-5 daysOne month later the items are still in China I emailed the company but when the reply came back , my email provider said-DO NOT OPEN. REPLY CONTAINS A VIRUS.I tried to contact the 3rd party pay vendor WHOP who processed the payment after they emailed asking to review Kaliqo But the review couldn't be done and I have been unsuccessful contacting them. If I ever receive what I ordered I will certainly amend this review. Until then- do NOT order
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They lie from beginning to end. First, they say there is a money-back guarantee and show a California return address. This is not true. Even though that is what is on their website, they say that address is no longer functional and I must return them to China. And the lanterns don't look ANYTHING like the pictures, which have them large and quality looking. Also, it took 6 weeks to get my product. 6 weeks. An absolute sham. Why can these places even exist? Do NOT ever buy from Instagram.
Thoroughly disappointed with my purchase not as advertised nothing like the picture … money back guarantee , when tried to return was told I had to cover shipping back to China , on their website it CA USA ….sent screenshots of their refund policy on their website and was told it’s changed now sorry for the confusion!!Thought I had done my homework with this company !! Wish I had saw these reviews ….. DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!
