You know its bad enough our government screws us. Now everything you buy online has to be researched so you don't get screwed. This product is cheap and very small although they show pictures where the product is 10 times the size. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
I ordered two outdoor solar lamps on 14th September 2025. Tracking never updated and showed the items as still sitting in China three weeks later on 7th October. When I contacted the company, they said there had been an 'unexpected delay' and I would receive them shortly. However, tracking still hadn't updated ten days later so I contacted them again on 16th and was told I would get a refund as the items had never been dispatched. It's now 31st October - I'm still waiting for my money back (over £50) and have now had to raise a dispute with Visa which I may not win. I feel as though I've been scammed.
This company is a total scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY.I ordered the solar powered flame lamp which was advertised as a buy one get one free special. What I ended up with was a single dollar store lamp. Size was ridiculously small and no second one. They totally misrepresent the item and I feel slimed that I paid for this item at all.
Just repeating what everyone has said…. Only 5” tall, frosted plastic. The “flame” is a disappointing LED flicker type thing . One charged briefly in the sun. Lasted a few seconds. The other won’t charge at all, even plugged in. So cheap worth less than a fiver each I’d say. So light and small would get blown away outside. The advertising is misleading totally.. Scam. Guess I’m also writing off £60 or whatever I was conned out of….

Be very careful before you spend your money!! I ordered the lanterns and in the pictures they appear much larger in size as it shows an adult needing to pick one up using both hands. I purchase 2 and they came in a small package. Expensive for what you get! Cheap plastic and I could hold one lantern up with 3 fingers. When I tried to return, the shipping cost more than the product to ship back to China. I should’ve known better! But hopefully this will save someone else the $ and frustration.
