The order took a month to arrive. I was so disappointed when I opened the package and saw I have been scammed. The size based on the marketing photos is nothing like it shows. The quality and materials are cheap. A very misleading marketing campaign. Even though they mention the actual size the lantern dimensions include the height of the rope handle not just the lantern itself.
Only received one. Still dealing with customer service asking me for the packaging so they can track as to what went wrong. Their product looks like it's 18 in tall but in reality it is only 11 inches including the cord. They do state this in their ad in very small print but the graphic showing the lantern gives it the appearance that it is much much larger. They even stayed the size in centimeters first and inches second. This further confuses the buyer. Do not waste your money
They are a scam!! I ordered 4!!! They only sent 1!!! Buy 2 get 2 free!! I was so excited to get them and I got a cheap plastic piece of shit! And pictures are deceiving!!! You can fit it in your palm and the picture shows it big! Cheap plastic and it’s not a flickering flame!! It’s bullshit!! I’m so pissed off!! I want my money back!!
Even after advertising to purchase outdoor solar lanterns directly from Kaliqo to PREVENT cheap, cloudy, inferior product - what I received was cheap, cloudy, small, inferior product. Processing a return has been a nightmare. They insist I must pay for return shipping and must ship to China. The refund policy on their website states THEY pay return shipping and the return address is a CA address. Bait and switch Chinese company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
Lanterns shown are not what is delivered. Tiny frosted globes--no flame whatsoever. Asked for a refund, They say send it back to China, bit they won't provide a shipping label. It came to me through "Jerry Yasfbara,9208 Charles Smith Ave,Rancho CucamongaCA 91730" probably a middle man. Wish I had taken the time to look at the reviews.
i ordered the product on August 8th-never came, August 27th contacted them-they said it was out for shipment, never came, I asked for reimbursement and to cancel, they said no it's too late to cancel and they will ship again-that was October 14th, it's November 20th never came, In the process of filing a dispute with my credit card company. What i have learned-don't buy things advertised on Instagram, i have constant problems with things advertised and not following through. Never getting the product.
I didn't read reviews before ordering. Same as everyone else, ordered solar lanterns. On website look like size of basketball. Package was smaller than loaf of bread. Never opened after it took over 2 months of back-and-forth emails. Requested return and refund. Would not provide prepaid label, want to return to Chine instead of US address.
