The delivery estimated date was not fulfilled. That's OK because the logistics at the beginning of the year are chaos. The problem was that the 'Bali' bag states that can fit a 16inch laptop, but it actually cannot. You can put the laptop inside (marginally), but you cannot take it out, only if you really stretch the hole-zip. For reference my laptop is 16inch HP EliteBook 860 G9
idk, for me that brand looks solid, minimalistic, but what you get does not live up to expectations, I ordered a passport case and a wallet, there is sticky glue everywhere, which either has not dried, I don’t know, the threads are sticking out, the shape of the products is uneven and skewed

It would have been a 5 but..It would’ve been a 5 star review but unfortunately DHL didn’t actually attempt to deliver my parcel. Posting a note through the door to say they had taken it to the post office instead. Other than that it has been a good experience and I love my bag!
Very dissapointing experience. Ordered a bag on 15 of Jan to give as a present on 23 of jan. The website states that it ships with DHL and it would arrive on time of that was the case. It was shipped with german post and recived with Czech post on our side. The service of the regular post office isnt the same and I would probably not order if knew in advance. The bag arrived defective, so I shipped it back with the post office again, and surprise surprice, the bad arrive one month later defective again with the same defect on the other part of the bag. I have no patience of returning the bag again, will not buy their stuff ever again
