The Bergen Pro is so beautiful and sturdy and has lots of convenient compartments. The straps feel durable and the overall quality feels like it's worth more than what it's selling for! Delivery was also very quick and Kelly from customer support has been so so helpful. One thing I would say is that if you intend to use this bag for travel and commuting, I would highly recommend purchasing the black colour. Due to the nature of the material on the top of the bag, you might start to see imperfections on the lighter colours. But don't let this deter you! That material is fantastically waterproof and feels lovely and soft.Overall, I think this is a great bag and a great company to support! I would definitely recommend.
I already described experience of delivry of backpack - really, the worst one in my life. Item was not delivered, when asked about ‘failed delivery’, it turned out that they even were not trying to get to me, as courier did not have my parcel with him and status in the system is just a ‘mistake’. Backpack itself is nice (have not use it yet).Parcel was damaged and I did not find my earrings there… no idea, whether they were sent to me or not.
My bag had a damage with the zipper within the warranty period, and after sending the team of Kapten & Son my bag, they send me a new bag to make up for this. I'm very happy with their service and I also appreciated their client service team whilst in contact with them!
Terrible service. Firstly, ordered a bag on the 16th of January for £152. Only a few days ago was I told that there would be an additional customs charge of £69! Not once was this mentioned on the website, so to collect the bag, I need to pay £70 extra. Insane way to run a business. Then reached out to customer support, barely heard a word back apart from them saying 'Oh yes, you'll get a letter stating you need to pay' - what a pathetic way to run a business. Then I filled out a return, as I don't want to pay the £70, and now it's saying in order to do so, I need to collect it, put a return label on it, and then send it back. Comical. Terrible company, with terrible customer service, and terrible business model. Stay away.
