Hello. I would like to tgank you for tge shipment. Everything goes right, the comunication or delivery. I woul recommend to add a field where you Have to add your phone number so the delivery service can reach you. The product is great. Over the expectations. I bought one as a gift a other for myself. I cant tell about the user experiences but iam looking forward to it :P
Company didn't add my contacts (email or phone number) to sending documents, so my parcel was stuck in local parcel company for a few days, because they couldn't reach me in any way. Luckily the bag is great and worth the wait.
Really good quality items, it's my second from the brand bag I ordered. First one lasted since 2018. I think the quality and durability of the items is fantastic, the design is great, modern and minimalistic. HOWEVER I remove one star as I just occurred total of £46 in VAT and custom charges, my order was at nearly £150 so it was not a nice surprise. I feel company could do more to make that clear to its UK customers, I would think twice before placing the order as it is a significant charge. I would expect to pay charges returning items as well so UK customers be aware. There is information on their website about the charges but no a word about it during placing an order etc. I can only assume Kapten and Son does that so they don't loose customers in the UK, taking advantage of customers not being aware. Once item arrives your choice is to pay custom charge or allow for the item to be returned to sender after 20 days which I imagine takes away your 14 day policy return rights.
Terrible I placed an order 2 weeks ago and goods still not arrived and although they have generated tracking they haven't actually passed goods to DHL. It appears they are sending goods from China and despite asking them to refund my order they are telling me I have to wait for goods to arrive etc etc it's totally unreasonable given they haven't even shipped them!! Beware
