Review Time
At the beginning of this year I bought myself a Bergen backpack and absolutely love it. Great quality and looks lovely too. I thought it would be great idea to buy a backpack as a gift for my fiancé. On 18th September I have ordered backpack. The company called Parcel force attempted delivery but we were not at home, so instead of calling concierge, leave it with one of my many neighbors, rearrange delivery or simply deliver to nearest pick up point they decided to return it to sender in Germany. I was offered refund or another delivery option. I chose delivery and this time my finance’s work address was given as there is always someone there. Same company- Parcel force. We have got email that parcel delivery was attempted unsuccessfully… since 26th October my package is at the Parcel Force depot. Kapten & son’s customer service says we will get the refund once they receive the package back and the Parcel force says that package is in “return to sender process”. For over a month now…I am out of £90 and I have no backpack. This is being an absolute nightmare and this time I have very bad experience. Not worth it!
Everything was good. It arrived a couple of days later than what it said in the beginning, but that’s expected during the Black Friday days. I was disappointed when receiving the package. Everything was well packed but my sister made the same purchase about a year ago and received an incredible tote bag from you. I was expecting to receive it as well so that we could match in both backpacks and tote bags.
It is so great that customer service is amazing. I talked to Deniz who gave me accurate information and useful support. I was not sure if my order shipped or not but she/he was able to provide me with the useful data and nice service. I would like to thank once again. Of course, not only customer service but quality of the product. I will keep sharing comments in the later stage once I start using my bag on a daily basis. Thank you for amazing service!!
The shipping took more time than expected. The Hungarian shipping company is incompetent, please try using another company than Magyar Posta MPL. But!!! The backpack is perfect, 👍 it is not my first time ordering but definitely not the last time because the material is awesome!
