Rude and unprofessional. Survey was done very poorly, missing a few walls with damp issues in the property. On top of that the given quote doesn’t reflect achievable work. I wanted to try and discuss (in the most amicable manner) with them but communication was absolutely awful. I missed some of their voice calls and when I tried to call back, the lady hanged up on me before I even had time to explain my situation - not once but twice (she may not have liked my accent !?) and when I notified them via mail, they just simply ignored the situation. Reading all the negative reviews, I’m now kind of glad I didn’t go any further with them.Don’t waste your time !
