MisunderstandingI had a misunderstanding with my membership, and connected with an agent (Eugene) who explained exactly what happened. I asked for a refund because the ad was not clear to me, and he made a special request for the refund, which was approved. I appreciate the wonderful service I received from Eugene.
I have never subscribed nor visited their website. They impersonate legitimate online stores but redirect you to a fake checkout that triggers automatic €10-30 charges. Then you get an email claiming subscription to sportbunk.com VIP membership (€63/month).Cancellation is blocked for 24 hours to process payments. Emails confirming "cancellation" are fake - charges continue. Their customer service was unhelpful and deceptive throughout.Worst: They kept debiting €60 every 2-3 days from my account despite promising full cancellation and refund if I posted a good review. Avoid completely.
