The delivery was smooth and I liked the fact that you could track the van delivering your goods. I was given a time slot between 11am and 2 pm, but saw from the tracking that the driver was still a long way away. 20 minutes before arrival at 15.00 hours I received a text from the driver to say they were going to deliver in the next 20 minutes. Two cheerful men staggered up my steep drive and put the chairs where I wanted to position them.
