Review Time
Absolutely Awful!! It took nearly 4 weeks (after the initial delivery date)and 3 deliveries to deliver our 2 x sofas from Costco. The 1st delivery 26th August, only bought the 2 bases of the sofas. The drivers were helpful, but there was no way to contact or speak to anyone at kineticlogistics directly. The second delivery, which we couldn’t get for another 10 day's only bought one of the backs of one of the sofas! It also meant that we had to cut our holiday in Hayling Island short to make sure that we would be home in time to collect it! ( like I said, there is no way to contact kineticlogistics directly.)Finally the 3rd delivery this week, 11th September bought the final back of the sofa. We have had no apology from kineticlogistics, in fact we haven’t heard a word from them, only telling us when the delivery will be made, not even asking if it’s convenient. The drivers have all been lovely however. Costco- do yourselves a favour a use a different courier company, before you loose a lot of customers as well!!
Diabolical. We chose a delivery date well in advance. As the delivery date approached I reached out for more information, but the company could not provide any window/timeslot as promised. Half way through the delivery day I contacted the company for an ETA and they only informed me at this point (once I’d reached out to them) that due to a “technical error” our parcel was not even loaded onto the delivery truck and unfortunately another driver wouldn’t be in our area for at least another week. What a waste of a day waiting in for a parcel that was never coming. I expressed my disappointment to customer services and explained the importance of having the order delivered at the next earliest date. The employee was less than helpful and even less sympathetic. I moved some appointments around to work with their schedule in order to book another delivery slot, for the next time the truck was in my area. I waited all morning and then received the same letdown message to say “due to an error in our IT system, your order has not been loaded onto our van” What another waste of a day! Overall, limited delivery days available in your area meaning you have to wait weeks at a time. I’ve have had two “delivery” days of just waiting and no parcel. Very poor communication. Would not recommend!
