Delivery times are not flexible and delayed. No choice over the weekend. Delivery driver grumpy despite having a buddy to help him and was complaining and not happy doing his job. Did not apologise about, or even mention the damage to the package. Deliberately avoided photographing the damaged part. Delivered the package as if doing a big favour to me rather than the job, that he himself has chosen for himself. I can see the managements planning and intentions are good but one of the staff wasn’t in tune with it.
