The delivery team was excellent. They called 45 minutes before arrival to confirm the location, which was really helpful. The item—a home gym—was quite heavy, but both drivers were very pleasant and went above and beyond by helping me move it into my hallway. Great communication, professional, and friendly service. Highly recommended!
Took delivery of a very large and extremely heavy tv stand / fire. The two employees who came to the house were so professional friendly and most helpful . After seeing the size of the box I never expected for the delivery to go ahead . With great thought the item was taken up 2 flights of stairs , packaging removed and the fire tv surround set up .great work and all packaging taken away. Many thanks again to Chris and Steven.
The item was quite heavy and the driver very kindly trollied my delivery to my back garden. The item was delivered on time and driver called us when he was 20 mins away to update me on his arrival. The delivery slot was clearly communicated and the delivery driver was friendly and very helpful
