The guys that delivered my couch were absolutely amazing being on my own they gave an exceptional service couldn’t have done any more for me I wish I had cash or even beer in the house to give them so I must apologise. Workers like this should be appreciated and hopefully this will reflect in there next appraisal. Again thank you so much 😊

Appalling Delivery for Costco

We were having a new bin store delivered from Costco. Driver arrived around 13.10. He sat in the cab over our drive for around 15 mins looking at his phone.He did not get out of the van.He did not ring our doorbell.He did not put a card through our door.He did not unload the delivery.He drove off about 13.25.Kinetic sent us an email saying it had been delivered

Unprofessional and Unreliable – Avoid Kinetic Logistics!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Kinetic Logistics is hands down the most unreliable and unprofessional delivery service I have ever dealt with. Their complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and incompetence have caused me endless frustration.My order (#50068, placed on 2nd February) was originally scheduled for delivery on 7th February 2025. After waiting the entire day, I received a last-minute cancellation message at 18:45. No explanation, no apology, just a cancellation—leaving me with no choice but to chase them and Costco to reschedule.When I contacted Kinetic Logistics, they rescheduled my delivery for 18th February—nearly two weeks later! This is completely unacceptable. After much effort on my end (because their customer service is useless), I somehow managed to book a new delivery for 13th February. At this point, I was already frustrated, but at least I thought the issue was resolved.However, when I called on 12th February to confirm the delivery, I was told, “Sorry, the delivery was booked incorrectly, and now the earliest we can do it is 17th February.” Excuse me?! How can you mess up the same order multiple times?This entire experience has been a nightmare. It has now been 10 days since my original delivery date, and I still have nothing. Kinetic Logistics claims to be a professional delivery company, but their service is an absolute joke. They keep pushing back delivery dates without any real concern for their customers.To make matters worse, their communication is terrible. No one takes responsibility, and they keep giving false promises and incorrect information. If you’re expecting a reliable and timely delivery, you are in for a shock—this company will waste your time and leave you feeling completely helpless.I will never trust Kinetic Logistics again and strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Their carelessness, incompetence, and lack of professionalism make them one of the worst delivery services out there. They should be held accountable for the inconvenience and frustration they cause. Absolutely disgraceful service!
