Review Time
It took nearly 4 weeks to get 2 shelving racks which were purchased from Costco. 2 missed deliveries, they attempted delivery at 6:45pm when our business is closed and then at 6:55am the following week, when they've already been told we are only there from 9 till 5 as the property isn’t open yet and it’s actually a building site. It would have been easier and less stressful if I'd to Costco and got them myself. 🤷♂️🤦♂️
You didn't deliver all the items on the original Screwfix order, with no explanation provided. When I queried this with Screwfix they said you had split the order into 2 because of different lead times on the items. Strangely, the missing items were those with the shorter lead time. Also, your delivery driver commented that the missing items were in stock. Better communication required.
We were sent a day for delivery with a box to accept or not. We said no as was at work. The system is all automated so couldn't contact anyone to arrange a date. We refused the day on both email and text. The day before got a text and email saying delivery on day we had refused. Had to get my mum to be at my flat to take in delivery. The actual delivery was fine except not the van it said it would be not a company van or the reg we were told. We're not able to track either. On the whole not impressed
Given a slot of 2-5 , driver to ring 30 mins or so before drop off.At 5.30 no parcel no contact. Tried to ring courier, phone number no longer in use . Rang costco who could not add much . As it happened turned up at 7.30 , driver did not ring in advance as previously stated. Communication needs looking at
Although not impressed with the company overall as the delivery was late and not in the agreed time slot.They arrived late evening. However the 2 chaps that delivered the items were courteous and helpful. They assembled the sofa and took away the rubbish as agreed. Many thanks to Jack and Ben for doing a great job putting the furniture whilst being very cautious with the newly laid floor. Good lads with a personal touch.
