Ordered 2 sofas from Costco which were delivered by Kinetic Logistics. Communication from the company was good. However the delivery experience was appalling. The purchase included 'white glove' service - removal of packaging and assembly, which I needed due to my disability. The 2 delivery drivers did not accept it was a white glove delivery, despite me showing them paperwork and them admitting costco deliveries were normally white glove, simply saying it was not on their paperwork so they only needed to deliver to the front door. When they saw my struggles to lift the furniture they offered to help get the sofas into the house, which was preferable to leaving outside. However the furniture was left (still wrapped) blocking my entire living room space and not assembled. Unfortunately, I was unable to move the heavy items leaving my wife very upset. Thankfully, a family friend helped set up the furniture the following morning. All of this could have been resolved by the delivery men contacting their head office to check on white glove service but they refused, instead, I got the distinct impression they wanted to leave as soon as possible (as it was delivered at 5pm), and were not interested in assembling the furniture.
