I agreed the day of delivery but was awoken at 8.02am to say that the delivery was in 20 minutes.Later in the day, at 11.43am (3 hours 20 minutes after the delivery) I received an email saying the delivery would be between 8am and 11am!! The delivery went well and the driver was very helpful.
Not even worth the 1 ⭐️……I was told by my Costco order to expect white glove service, chair taken to room of my choice and unpacked and assembled by the delivery drivers, also all packaging to be taken away with them. None of this was done. They left the box with the chair inside my hallway at my front door. Most unhelpful and i was left with all the packaging. Most unlike the service usually from Costco, think they need a rethink on delivery company….not impressed.
