The rep at the show was helpful and friendly answered any questions and explained everything well. We were kept informed by email about when the furniture would be delivered and we only had to wait a week which was great. The delivery team Nick and Symon arrived at the time they said they would. They were both really friendly and happily assembled the furniture and then explained in detail how to care for the furniture. They cleared the packaging and took it away. All in all it was a great experience from purchasing the product to seeing it in our garden. Special thanks to Nick and Symon as they weee so helpful and friendly they truly do care about customer service
Very pleased with our product -table and 8 chairs - which we saw at flower show. Arrived after only 1 week. Communication from company was poor but the delivery drivers Nick and Symon were polite, explained re aftercare and assembly so to them we give top score 👍
Good furniture at a competitive price, supplied quickly and conveniently. The website provided, what proved to be a very accurate description and pictures of the products. Comms between them and us were prompt and timely. But, the real reason they score 5 stars was the delivery experience. Nick and Symon provided a brilliant delivery experience, with excellent updates on delivery time, advice on assembly, and detailed instructions on aftercare and getting the best out of our teak furniture. purchased a table and chair set from garden show , very helpful sale person , after the furniture was delivered we notice slight damage to one of the sections of teak,sent one email and the immediate action started to sort the problem two first class guys came to repair the table but felt the repair could not be done to their high standards so they got a new table off the van , assembled it and swapped them over thank you Dawid and Max you are a credit to the companyI highly recommend Kingsly Smyth 5 star service
