I also wish I read the reviews before purchasing the plug in mold remover device. My first red flag should have been you can only communicate with them by email even though they responded promptly to my initial communication. I followed their instructions about returning items but was given a China address even though my package was shipped from a New York address. Don’t use Kiro Brands, they are dishonest and a bogus company. I seriously doubt if my funds will be refunded. Kiro Brands does not deserve to be rated.
What a load of garbage. Ordered what should have been Auto Focus glasses and what did they send ? Cheap 3x magnification plastic reading glasses that can be bought in the shops for a around £4 and not the £29.99 I paid for them. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and can expect them to handle all the hassle if any. Do not purchase from this company or any associated company.
The company is a complete SCAM. I never completed the online order. I was charged for the glasses. I received the glasses. I cannot see anything wearing these glasses. I contacted the company to request a refund. I had to send pictures of the glasses plus the envelope that I received them in. The return address is CHINA.
Wish I had discovered these reviews before I fell for the scam!I paid $22.30 to have international tracking so I could get my money back but PayPal could only get the $97 it cost me for these dodgey glasses! I am still trying to seek my money back. I have now lodged a complaint with the accc govt body to investigate this business I would recommend others do the same. Maybe scamwatch too to raise awareness.I fell for this scam on instagram - may need to raise awareness there too.These type of businesses need to be shut down!!!
Receive cheap set of magnify glasses that had boasted marvelous results ($39.99)I decided to return because product was substandard. I emailed Kirobrands with all info they said I would have to ship product back to China even though shipped out of Ohio. I would cost almost as much as the glasses to send back. They offered a 40% refund without returning the product. Which I accepted. The email stated refund would take 7 to 10 business days. That time frame came and went by. I sent another email asking where refund was they said they didn't know why it wasn't refunded yet they would follow up and again refund would take 7 to 10 business days that has also come and gone. I sent a third email and got a generic response "they would look into." Another 10 business days have since past and nothing. They are bad business. Don't ever order from Kirobrand no matter what.
