Ok so I ordered a skip 3 weeks ago the day before the skip was due to arrive i cancelled the skip.The next day the skip is at my property I rang them and told them the skip was delivered when it was cancelled they apologies which is fair enough.After 3 weeks the skip is still at my property after numerous phones calls its still at my property and still cant get a date off them to pick up this skip absolute disgrace to deal with.No one knows who's in charge nobody can give you a straight answer what a joke of a company

Excellent and efficient.

The team did a clean, efficient job dismantling our old wooden shed with metal roof, just within 30 minutes. Good communication too, giving us heads up prior to arrival. Highly recommend Kollect to anyone needing 'junk' removal services.

Received confirmation that my…

Received confirmation that my collection was booked in and would receive call with an hrs time slot. Waited all day and no call. Finally got text msg at 7.45pm to say no one would be collecting my sofa and someone might be in my area 4 days later!! Seemingly 2 out of 3 vans never turned up that day so my sofa was never going to be collected but I wasted a full day waiting. What a waste of my time.

How to lose a customer in 10 days

Asked for a price 10 days ago. Still no price even after I’d sent a follow up what’s app. Went elsewhere cause I had a load of stuff to clear and so did my job. 10 days crazy to wait for a quote. Not a good way to do business

Rang them to remove an old empty oil…

Rang them to remove an old empty oil tank. Did not have a side entrance and needed to lift a garden fence panel to take it through my good nextdoor neighbour's. Got a call 1 hour beforehand and Kollect driver helped to lift the fence panel. Job done efficiently and without fuss. Would recommend Kollect for any removal jobs.

Rubbish Company in name and nature

Bought a mattress from Ez Living on 28/05/25 and paid for mattress removal.Got confirmation of delivery and collection date on 05/06/25 . Mattress delivered but the Kollect saga commences.No collection,different excuses,new collection dates missed. Eventually the mattress was collected on 13/06/25.I made 20 phone calls to Kollect,some rang off,others answered and promises made,needless to say none were kept.The staff on line are trained extremely well, are very empathetic and leave you reassured until,inevitably, the next collection date is missed.Please do not use this company unless you have plenty of time,the weather is awful and you miss calling the Speaking Clock for somebody to talk to.
