I purchased the CHITCH STENCIL STITCH WORN GREY jeans for $260, less than five days later they were on sale for $155. When I wrote to them asking if they might do anything as I am quite a good customer and buy clothing from their online store and retail store at Bondi I got the to bad-so sad response. Super disappointed with customer service and will not be buying this brand anymore. Side note: because it was such an unfair price difference, I purchased the same jeans at the sale price and then returned them as the original order so I got my $260 back and only ended up paying the $155 +$20 postage.
No transparency behind where their products are shipping from and what you could expect as the buyer. It is easy to think that you are buying from a local company when that local website address is just one of the portals for a global shipping system.Taxes and import fees will likely be charged against you by the shipping company they use (mostly DHL).
Despite having a store in London and going onto the UK website they are charging £83 on Duty that is NOT stated when you make your finally payment!!! I would not recommend KSUBI and will be reporting them as Fraud to our Credit Card company and will not be pay the duty or for the items nor will we be purchasing anymore KSUBI items, they have lost a custom.
I ordered two pairs of jeans from ksubi.uk which seemed to be a UK based store. During my order there was no clear mention of international shipping or tax being due. A day later i recieve a text stating i need to pay £115 in import taxes. This is very annoying as I could have bought the same jeans from another store for the same price. Ive gone back onto the site and notice it has the following caveat in small print “ Prices do not include local taxes and duties and you may be liable to pay these on delivery. Products marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.” If they made this bold they would have less disgruntled reviews! No doubt if I need to make a return I will have to pay these fees again.
Customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered. They take FOREVER to respond to emails. I had ordered over $500 worth of merchandise and received an order that DID NOT belong to me. After emailing they responded asking for photos so I sent them right away. Then no reply, so I emailed again asking for status, again no reply, finally after 2 days of emailing I get a response telling me I have to print a label and contact DHL to pick it up and once they receive the returned items they will ship my actual order out. A week passed after returning the incorrect items I still had no confirmation from them of the receipt of the items or when I will be receiving my actual order. So I emailed again, finally got a response telling me one of the items I ordered is now OUT OF STOCK and if I want a refund for that item or if I want to cancel the rest of the items as well. Who does that! When instead MY ITEMS should have been shipped right away after my initial contact with telling the I received the wrong order instead of just waiting for me to reach out several times. Now I'm worried if I will get refunded properly. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I order for France I pay in addition 125€ customs fees the sizes are not good I wish to send back you have to pay 125€ customs fees and to receive a second time I pay 125€ customs fees. Ksubi's after-sales service does not want to know anything, not even a commercial gesture. I do not recommend ordering from them.order number :WEB-EU-1623
We visited the Carnaby St branch on our son Shane's 21st birthday. The service provided was just the right mix of not being pushy but attentive when needed. The assistant who helped us was friendly and chatty. I'm sure his name was Ethan (sorry if I've got the name wrong!) The manager was also helpful, especially when I was admiring his rings! Thank you for making a part of our trip to London a pleasant experience.
I bought a $200 gift card 9 days ago from the Aus site, and never received it. Initially they were emailing me back saying their team was “looking into it”, I’ve since been emailing everyday and for the past 5 days they’ve chosen to ignore me. I’ve now asked for a refund but I hear nothing back. How can I escalate this?!
I have bought several Ksubi pieces, and after time, these are the first to be thrown out. Quality is poor. I bought a $400 tracksuit set, and the top and bottom are made with different dies (one true black, one blue black), and now after one year, all of the printing on the pieces is scaling and scratching off. I will not be even slightly tempted to ever buy anything Ksubi ever again - I have thrown out all my shirts due to quality issues. Even my Ksubi jeans are the first to rip in the crotch. Truth be told - you don’t always get what you pay for. Also bad company ethic - I asked about the different dye’s used in the MATCHING tracksuit set and the response was ‘our buying team said this is just how it is’ - I told the buying team to sort it out when they’re out here selling $400 tracksuit sets.
