But my G2 master got shipped after just one day after ordering itThey also always responded to my whatsapp texts and emailsI recommend ordering from this website.My friend also got his G2 from here.I would listen to the people saying this website is a scam. They are impatient or something
They sent me a defective unit i ordered a halo knight t108 pro and they said that its out of stock and what do I think abt the yume hawk pro i said that fine so they took 3 days to make a order then they shipped it out i was so eager to receive my package i got it and I was soo happy until I realized that the rear motor was busted and it worked but it got soo hot and it was bearly spinning and making horrible noise loud and Its dragging it took 2 weeks and for 4 days they wouldn't email me back i would like a upgrade or replacement scooter i am not shipping it back with my own money this really deserves 1 star but the thing is that i wanted to ship it to cyprus but I guess that's too late bcs until they send me another one or replacement am out of time bcs the shipping is around 15 August
Quick delivery.Aftersales is terrible.No telephone number..only email and a reply can take up to a week.I am still fighting for a resolution with this company & they have stopped replying.They have sent a few parts for the scooter even though I had to pay 20 euros each time for shipping.The latest was a "fuse" inside the scooter went on fire causing damage to battery & controller.. Scooter not fit for purpose....They keep saying battery is out of warranty. My argument is that the battery would be ok if fuse didnt go on fire. This is a manufacturing fault ..My son could have been seriously injured or my house could have went on fire.All these were reported to them before scooter warranty (1yr) was up.I am emailing them every day and no reply.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Pay the extra from a company with a telephone number
I ordered a Kukirin G2 from Kugooescooters.com on August 4, 2025. My order was processed and shipped within just 24 hours. This is the second scooter I've purchased from them (the previous one in May shipped 2 hours after I ordered it). This demonstrates their great reliability, professionalism, and customer service. I'd also like to add their great availability via chat and prompt responses to all my questions. Thank you for everything.
Ordered a C1 pro, took 3/4 weeks to arrive ( that was ok we live in Ireland) arrived and it wasn’t charging or turning on. Tried everything to fix the problem. Took the part off that your feet go on and underneath it the wires were broke and not connected. Got onto the whats app customer care and went back and forth for 5 days with no solution. Offered to send a “free” battery. Not one bit happy. Bought something new and had to take it to be fixed.
The prices are extremely high, while the quality of the spare parts is questionable. If you request a refund, they immediately charge €35 under the excuse of “shipping costs.” On top of that, they try to avoid processing refunds altogether, using weak and unconvincing arguments. I have been waiting for over two weeks to get my refund, but there is no sign of receiving the money back (even though it should only be the product price minus the €35 fee). I have already filed an official complaint with the authorities and am awaiting a resolution. My advice: avoid buying from them at all costs!
After talking with the support that they didn’t had stock on the g2 they gave me an option to exchange with another scooter that being a g2 pro. Very kind support they respond immediately and they speak on everyone’s language so you can understand better. They shiped the command in about 2 hours after me commanding and the package is coming fast to my house. Thank you Kugoo E-scooters for not being scammers and wish you all the best.
