ordered a scooter about 4–5 days ago and I still haven’t received any update about my order. I can’t see where it is, not even if it’s in shipping. On top of that, I can't view the order from my phone — I have to log in from a PC the order number is FF00402070 . I also sent them an email asking why I can’t see the order on my phone using the same account, but they didn’t reply.I would really like to know when the package will arrive and how much longer it’s going to take.
So i got the Kukirin G4 delivered to me 3 days ago. The first day, the scooter worked perfectly. Yesterday, i suffered it seems severe electronic malfunctions. As i was riding my scooter, i noticed that my screen didnt work so i stoped my scooter and tried to restart it. After turning the scooter off, i couldnt turn it on for 30 minutes. After many atempts on the road, ths scooter did power on, but the motor had barely any power, and the speedometer, battery level and distance traveled didnt work. The display didnt show any error codes, making the diagnosis impossible. I did contact kugoo by email and yet waiting for respond. I hope i can get free parts to fix it, if not ill probably have to return it and get my money back!
great website but i ordered a g2 and my money is gone, still pending and getting nothing in reaction on gmail. i worked my way to get it but i dont even get a scooter. i think this is NOT great way of customer service and i will probably never order here again!
I have ordered a G2 Pro and i haven’t received it yet and it has been 2 weeks since i have ordered it and they send me an email that had a tracking nummber for UPS and when i looked it upp it had a delivery to finland but i live in sweden so they gave me a false tracking nummber. My order nummber is: FF00367040 and i want a update and something for the long wait!

It was my first time buying a Kukirin scooter. After waiting for 5 days without it being shipped, I was really angry, so I contacted customer service representative Luna. To my surprise, she had an excellent attitude, without the slightest hint of perfunctoriness. She even took the initiative to ask me if I wanted to exchange for an upgraded model, continue waiting, or get a refund. She detailed the inventory status, the restocking time, and also explained some of the current supply issues. In the end, I got a free upgrade to a better scooter. Luna also proactively sent me the tracking number, allowing me to track the package at any time. A few days later, I received the A1 model scooter. It glides very smoothly, and I'm extremely satisfied. This definitely deserves a positive review!
