i ordered a g4 from kugooescooters.com,i was unsure about this for the bad and good reviews for this site.even though i bought it.the median delivery time was 10 days.the shipping took 1 week,and it said the delivery time was from 4 to 8 days.i was worried i couldnt get it for christmas,but it took less then 2 days to delivery!Recommended!
I am updating my review from 1-star to 3-stars. The 2 missing stars is due to the really slow reply to communications. I eventually received my scooter which is working OK. The problem was with the logistics company but when you send a support request they should be faster to reply because you feel that you feel neglected.
